Dropshipping Notice
MYZORIA operates under a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. Because of this, delivery times and return logistics may vary depending on supplier location.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
No signs of use, damage, or alteration
Original packaging must be intact
All included components must be returned
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Warranty Policy
MYZORIA offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects as an additional benefit to our customers.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or improper handling
Exposure to chemicals, excessive moisture, or water
Natural wear and tear from prolonged use
Warranty Process
Request – Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
Return for Evaluation – The product may need to be sent for technical evaluation
Analysis Period – Up to 10 business days
Outcome – If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement
A repair
A full refund (customer’s choice)
If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
